On the bus today a smelly man entered. He walked to the last seats in the back where a very large woman was sitting. He said: - May I sit here? (about the seat next to her) The bus was almost empty with people so he did not need to sit beside her. She replied: Yes. (what else could she say?)
He then said: - I promise to behave myself....
My daughter turned her head to hide her face as she was laughing and I thought to myself for once it is not me but someone else who people talk to.
