We saved a marriage.....

When I worked with car rentals we had a customer who was distraught as his wife wanted a divorce. He phoned us up and said that we had to help him. His wife had found another woman´s bra/brassiere in her husband´s rental car in the glove compartment.  The man said that he had not been cheating and that he feared that he would loose his wife unless he could prove that he was innocent. So, what did we do? If he was innocent then we had not cleaned the car as we should have and the divorce would be our fault. First we checked who rented the car before him. It was a lady. We gathered some courage and phoned her up and asked if she had forgotten a bra in the car. She said yes it is my bra. Then we gather even more strength and asked her if she could phone an unknown woman and tell her that it is her bra. So, the customer who was bra less phoned the wife and explained that it indeed was her bra. That is customer service! We saved a marriage!
